Hi, I'm Adam.

I started AJG Behavioral Services because too many parents are told to "just be more consistent" without being given the tools to actually do it — and too many organizations are left to figure out staff training and behavior systems on their own.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, I've worked with families facing challenging behaviors, tantrums, meltdowns, and communication delays, as well as schools and organizations looking to build stronger, more consistent systems for their staff.

My goal is always the same: practical strategies, real results, and support that respects your family or your team's unique situation.
